Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Service Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. Responsibilities include managing ICT issues, troubleshooting, incident management, and fulfilling requests.

The role involves providing first and second-level support, developing knowledge articles, automating processes, and training staff. Ensuring the ICT environment complies with best practices and ITIL standards is also a key accountability.

This position requires a strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management, as well as knowledge of ICT Procurement and Asset Management, Office 365, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification in IT or similar
  • 1-3 years in ICT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk experience
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
