**Entech Electronics **is a privately owned Australian contract manufacturer headquartered in South Australia since 1986. Employing over 350 staff, they own and operate two production facilities in Adelaide, South Australia and Shenzhen, China specialising in the contract manufacturing of electronic products and complex sub-assemblies. As one of the largest contract manufacturers in the ANZ region, they complete over 140 manufacturing projects every month, ensuring they maintain their world-class electronic manufacturing reputation and strong track record of results. A unique opportunity is now available to join their executive team as the **Operations Manager, Australia** based in Adelaide.

Working with the Executive Directors and the Board, you will be responsible for the effective operation, performance and profitability of Entech’s manufacturing facility in Adelaide. Leading a team of 4 direct reports and over 100 factory staff, you will lead by example and foster a positive and safe culture where people are empowered to make decisions and execute the business strategy. A focus on building partnerships with key customers; you will manage expectations, negotiate solutions and ensure quality product delivery within time and on budget. A continuous improvement mandate, you will understand the key drivers of the business and constantly be looking for ways to challenge, improve and maximise productivity.

A hands-on leader, with experience in manufacturing (ideally electronics), you will have managed factory operations and large and diverse groups of people. You will have strong financial management expertise, including full P&L responsibility, with all facets of operational and manufacturing management in your remit. With proven success in building and developing high performance operational teams, you will demonstrate strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills alongside the ability to enhance complex production processes and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
