**ABOUT RAISEBORE AUSTRALIA**
Raisebore Australia is the largest privately-owned raiseboring company in Australia, specialising in providing raisebore services to the mining industry.

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

This position will report to the Group General Manager and will be supported by our Business Development Manager as well as Group support service functions.

Key duties include but are not limited to;
- Oversee all day-to-day operations/contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that all contractual obligations/requirements are being met or exceeded.
- Assist in the tendering process
- Liaise directly with all key stakeholders
- Promote the company’s key values;
- Coordinate and communicate with all employees on a regular basis, providing leadership and continuously building strong relationships within the workforce;
- Travel to sites on a regular basis to ensure operational performance;
- Work closely with the Group Safety Manager to strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of health and safety;
- Assist with the improvement and development initiatives of internal processes/procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Must have supervisory / management experience preferably in the raise drilling industry;
- Must have leadership qualities and be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the business;
- Be safety-focused with an understanding of safety systems/processes and legislative requirements.
- Be available to regularly travel to remote areas as required.
- Have strong computer skills with all Microsoft Suite programs.
