Our client, a leading national retailer undergoing a major transformation with innovation at the forefront of their mind.

**Key responsibilities**
- Build and sustain confidence in program progress while balancing execution efficiency with risk mitigation.
- Review and monitor workstream project reporting and ensure there is transparency, accuracy and validity.
- Drive performance metrics and lead indicators to provide insights and actions to mitigate risks and issues.
- Work with the scheduling team to support the workstream leads to develop and update schedules to manage multiple streams of work.
- Ensure there is a cohesive end to end schedule.
- Work with diverse stakeholders to identify and manage risks and issues.
- Understand and manage risks external to the project.

**Key requirements**
- Solid experience in project management managing programs greater than $10m
- Experience in large scale PMO Manager or Lead a roles across complex, transformation programs.
- Formal Project Management and/or PMO accreditation is highly desirable.
- Experienced in working in large corporate environments, ideally in the retail sector, supply chain or building industry.
- Proven PMO, delivery, governance and program performance, reporting & insights.
- Developing business readiness metrics to support change, transition, and value realisation.
- Ability to work cross functionally with a range of stakeholders and delivery teams.
