About the Role

Service Stream’s Corporate division is currently seeking a PMO Lead to join our growing team. The primary purpose of the PMO Lead role is to provide an effective PMO framework, governance and support for all IT projects delivery and Agile delivery activities, to ensure the expected values from the IT delivery can be delivered and measured against. The role is also to ensure a robust, dynamic, effective, efficient and user friendly resource planning and management process is in place that underpins the effective IT delivery

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage the PMO framework within Service Stream IT, and the related delivery processes that facilitate the delivery of all IT projects and delivery activities, including but not limited to maintaining an IT Project Register, managing and maintaining all the PMO process documents and templates (business case template, Project Status Reports template, Project Steering Group Meeting template, Project Risk Register etc.), managing, supporting and continuously improving an Agile based, common and consistent delivery process (Scrum or Kanban like) across all IT delivery teams using the preferred toolset - Atlassian Jira
- Own and manage Resource Management process to ensure resource plans for all IT resources are set up, reviewed, approved and reconciled if required. To achieve the resource optimisation objective, drive and perform the process activities as required, such as facilitating the Resource Planning Meetings, supporting and facilitating resource management discussions and decisions, performing hand-on training for new starters on resource management, such as submitting a resource plan, logging timesheets using Atlassian Jira etc.
- Provide an effective PMO governance framework to ensure all potential projects are reviewed against the expected values, and the approved projects will be delivered against to the expected values. The responsible process activities include but not limited to ensuring all IT projects are channeled through a pipeline review/demand management process, facilitating a quality assurance process for business cases reviews and approvals, ensuring project governance (such as Project Steering Groups, regular Project Status Reporting) is put in place for all IT projects, and learnings from project delivery are captured etc.
- Support Corporate Finance team in managing IT finance from a resource management perspective, including but not limited to preparing resource recoverability reports, forecast reports, and actuals (timesheets) reports on a monthly basis, maintaining internal resource rates card etc.
- Provide the meaningful management reports to CIO and IT Leadership team from a PMO and delivery perspective, including but not limited to resource recoverability reports, resourcing heatmap reports, monthly GBIS reports (PMO part) etc.
- Provide overall administration and support of the Delivery and Resource Management toolset - Atlassian Jira / Tempo, including providing user support, new starters training, setups and configuration of new projects or continuous delivery in Jira, in line with the agreed delivery models and processes, and deliver continuous improvements to the toolset to ensure it can deliver the values and user adoption can be continuously improved
- Drive and deliver the continuous improvements in PMO framework, the Agile delivery processes, the Resource Management process and the related toolsets to ensure that values from the PMO can be measured, continuously aligned to the IT strategy and plans, and improved

About You
- At least 3 years experience in IT PMO
- Strong experience in process governance, management and implementation, preferably in PMO and Agile delivery areas
- Strong experience in process management and implementation in IT resource planning and management, preferably in an Agile delivery environment
- Experience in administration, configuration and reporting with Atlassian Jira / Tempo / Confluence, or equivalent would be preferable
