Our services at EverAbility Group include:
**VisAbility** - our specialised service supporting people with blindness or vision impairment.

**Guide Dogs WA and Guide Dogs Tasmania** - our iconic service raising and training life changing assistance dogs.

**Kites Children’s Therapy** - our early intervention support, advice and solutions service transforming the lives of children and their families living with disability or developmental challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

As our Intake Officer, you will be the **first point of contact** for new clients seeking support from VisAbility. You will:

- Confirm client eligibility and funding access (NDIS, health, aged care, etc.)
- Schedule and follow up on initial appointments
- Liaise with external funders, referrers, and stakeholders
- Accurately manage client information in our systems
- Represent VisAbility at events and engagement opportunities
- Support service access while upholding client privacy and dignity
- Contribute to improving our processes
- Other duties as requested by Management

This is a 12- month fixed-term, full
- time position based in Victoria Park, Perth.
