**The Role**

Due to a current staff member taking leave, we are seeking a temporary receptionist to stand-in for one week in mid-August to support with general reception and administration duties. You will be working full-time hours in the office, located in heart of the CBD.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with clients and provide general support regarding enquiries
- Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
- Ad-hoc administration as required

**About you**

To be successful, you will bring prior Front of House experience, coupled with a desire to work in the not for profit sector. You will possess relevant skills, as outlined below:

- Front Desk Reception/Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional, friendly personality
- Ability and desire to work autonomously
