Performance Tagging Coordinator

**Permanent full-time opportunity based in Barangaroo, Sydney**:

**How will I help?**

Working alongside our performance and transformation teams, you’ll be leading tagging projects from inception through to completion.

Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders you will identify, build, set-up, implement, document and quality control our tagging requirements and play a vital role in executing well-orchestrated, smart, thorough and timely tagging implementation across media and owned channels.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Delivery of timely, complete and effective tagging implementation for campaigns and other programs of work
- Provide accurate, complete and current documentation of all tagging activity; including helping to maintain up-to-date technical specifications to ensure accurate and comprehensive tagging and reporting
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our tagging environment
- Collaborate (and project manage) with a cross-functional team
- Help our internal partners set up well to measure and optimise personalised experiences that leave a lasting impression on our existing and potential customers
- Work closely with the Media Performance Manager, other Performance Managers and external partners to continually improve performance and tagging processes
- Enable continuous improvement and proactive risk management by maintaining close, communicative relationships with developers, product owners and business stakeholders Onboard new media partners to ensure compliant best outcomes

**What do I need?**
- Digital media and tagging management experience
- Ability to connect and manage the dependencies and requirements between Build and Run
- Ability to interpret, translate and share key knowledge between marketing/business stakeholders and technologists and strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong media performance understanding with clear communication skills
- An analytical mindset with a thorough attention to detail Strong Excel skills. Experience with Adobe Launch would be well regarded
