**The role**

We are looking for a passionate and organised individual to join our Industrial Relations (IR) team as an IR Coordinator. This role will provide you with invaluable exposure to the practical aspects of IR, ensuring compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, and internal policies and procedures. You will be a key player in supporting the IR team with high-level administrative and functional tasks, including diary management, record keeping, reporting, and more.
- Assist the IR Team with coordination and administrative support in handling industrial relations matters, including collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and negotiations with unions.
- Manage and coordinate the documentation and administration of industrial relations matters, maintaining up-to-date records of employee relations and industrial relations activities, including Fair Work matters, disputes, and enterprise agreements.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, drafting correspondence, and filing.
- Maintain records of industrial relations matters and files.
- Support the IR Team with organizational duties as required, including diary management, note/minute taking, and preparation of charters, agendas, and presentations.

**About you**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or currently studying towards.
- Previous administrative experience, including supporting a team.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Intermediate communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
