Portfolio Manager - Cyber Security
- 12-Month Contract - With Permanent role available after 12 months
- Sydney Based with 50/50 Office and WFH
- Paying $1000-$1100 per day including super

We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our Cyber Security team at a top Australian bank. This is a newly created role, and as a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving the principles of portfolio management, implementation and compliance with policies and standards, risk management, communication, delivery, and effective senior stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with all the different project teams who currently use different ways of reporting and creating reports and generate a new centralized reporting structure to track project health. Your expertise in portfolio management will enable you to develop a consistent approach to project management across our Cyber Security portfolio.

In your work you will need to be growth-minded, agile and curious. You should be someone who can work with ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the implementation of required portfolio management governance standards and develop risk management frameworks.
- Work closely with the Business, Finance, Change and Agile Leads to oversee delivery across the project management life cycle.
- Develop relationships at all levels and demonstrate strong stakeholder management
- Lean into the detail and technology to review, challenge and problem solve.

**Requirements**:

- Proven portfolio management skills, with experience in banking and technology required.
- A strong Risk Management and Governance mindset
- Experience with agile technology transformation programs in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in dealing with auditors.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels across a global organization
- A sense of ownership with a passion for leading and educating high performing teams
- You will have a proven track record of successfully managing Agile teams in a results-driven environment with a strong technical background and familiar with IT / Software terminology, experience in Cyber Security related projects is desirable.
