As a Lead forstrategic projects, this role is vital for the success of our delivery model by offering governance, reporting, and support for transformation outcomes.

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

- Own the consolidation of BU and Cyber-led delivery reports into portfolio-level dashboards.

- Provide high-quality reporting packs for SteerCo, PSGs, and other relevant forums.

- Ensure governance standards are applied consistently across federated BU reporting.

- Partner with Directors and Senior PMs to manage dependencies and systemic risks across projects.

- Track portfolio-level financials, risks, and benefits realization performance, where applicable.

- Support strategic projects with governance, reporting, and assurance expertise.

- Conduct portfolio health checks and reviews.

- Identify gaps in reporting, controls, or standards and drive corrective action.

- Lead process improvements to uplift portfolio transparency and efficiency.

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, or another aligned field.

- 6-8 years of experience in program/project support, portfolio governance, or PMO functions.

- At least 3+ years in senior coordination, portfolio analyst, or PMO analyst roles supporting large programs.

- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Hands-on experience with governance reporting, RAID management, and executive reporting packs.

- Exposure to cybersecurity, technology regulatory programs (preferred).

- Effective collaboration with various parties and experience with SAP or equivalent financial systems.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate raw project updates into executive-level reporting.

- Understanding of procurement management and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
