**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Tertiary qualifications in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- **CPA/CA accreditation**.
- 15+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in **manufacturing or sales-driven environments**.
- Strong commercial acumen and expertise in **financial planning, cost accounting, and analysis**.
- Proven ability to develop **Power BI reporting systems** and improve financial processes.
