This is a unique opportunity to join a genuinely exciting and entrepreneurial private equity-owned business with a rapidly developing national footprint. We are searching for an ambitious, CA-qualified Head of Finance who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive in. This is a role where you can truly make an impact from day one, bring your 'A' Game

While you'll own the essential day-to-day (journals, reconciliations, payroll - all the really important stuff). You'll be the architect, modelling the business for audacious growth and deploying strategic resources and investments. Yes, there's reporting, but we're looking for a sharp, commercial mind on the upwards trajectory of their career, someone who adds value above and beyond the BAU.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

You're a CA-qualified accountant who's mastered the art of partnering with senior stakeholders, providing the robust commercial insights that drive their decision-making. You're a motivated self-starter, capable of building powerful working relationships across both finance and non-finance teams. A key project on your to-do list will be to plan and implement the critical in-housing of the finance function from external accountants, so previous experience in this will be invaluable Superhuman Excel skills and a hit-the-ground-running knowledge of Power BI and Xero will be a distinct advantage.
