**Remuneration**_:_**_ _Band 6 Salary from $101, 297.04 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO.
**Location**: Hoppers Crossing based and will be required to work across multiple locations throughout the Wyndham Municipality.
**About the role**
The Team Leader Functions will lead the day-to-day operational management of Concierge Bookings and Front of House for function and hospitality services within Wyndham’s Cultural Venues.
Be part of the dynamic service based Cultural Venues leadership team where you will collaborate with other service leads, to lead your team in delivering exceptional services.
**What your day will look like**
- Mentor and support the team to become a high-performance team that is accountable and delivers an excellent customer service experience.
- Facilitate teamwork, drive professional development and implement strong team collaborative initiatives.
- Develop and facilitate service-based processes, projects, operational budgets and performance measures for Cultural Venues in alignment with Council values and processes.
- Provide expertise in function and hospitality services with an emphasis on high quality event logistics and operations, customer experience and bookings management.
**What you will bring**
- Degree or diploma course in Hospitality, Event Management or other relevant discipline with some relevant experience, or lesser qualification with extensive experience within the industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with a drive to develop and motivate team members.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of functions, customer service and hospitality services, with a collaborative intent for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams in a fast-paced customer service environment, with often complex stakeholder requirements.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
