**About our client**:
Our client is an instantly recognisable household name within the Media and Entertainment industry. In recent years they have grown at an impressive rate and are the leading name in their field. Due to continued expansion in client acquisition and resultant customer engagement, they are seeking a high calibre Head of Data and Analytics Capability to join their leadership team and become an integral part of the data operations function.

**The Role**:

- Play a lead role in the team to deliver quality, innovative data products and services that enable the business strategy
- Lead revenue generation through the utilisation of advanced analytics capability and drive data commercialisation across the group
- Enhance technical aspects of the development, lifecycle and operations of commercial and customer data
- Challenge the status quo by supporting digital advancements and innovative solutions to new ways of working
- Lead a team of Data Scientists, Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts all whilst interacting with the core Data Engineering team.
- Partner with stakeholders in sales, operations, clients and vendors
- Drive efficiencies through process improvement and enhancements and automation in support of maximizing effectiveness.
- You will have experience leading a diverse team of technology orientated professionals including project managers, data scientists and business analysts
- You will have experience partnering with external clients
- You will have experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) building analytical solutions to drive revenue creation through data
- You will have worked in customer-centric industries, notably marketing, advertising,
- Experience across ad tech and programmatics would be highly beneficial
