**Join Our Team: APAC Data & Analytics Leader**

**Overview**:LINK Group Corporate Markets is seeking an experienced APAC Data & Analytics Leader to drive innovation, leverage data IP, and ensure the success of our Analytics strategy. This role involves leading projects, building a data community, and optimizing data practices across the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Focus**:

- Lead APAC data development capabilities.
- Collaborate globally for process efficiencies.
- Manage global capacity and delivery.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management.

**Operational Management**:

- Deliver data products for BI, AI, and Innovative Analytics.
- Achieve efficiencies through automation.
- Champion data management processes.
- Collaborate on tool selection and data management approach.

**People Leadership**:

- Lead BI capabilities in APAC.
- Plan team resourcing and capability building.
- Manage change and nurture future leaders.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Strong BI understanding and data visualization skills.
- Deep knowledge of database design, ETL, SQL, Azure, Power BI.
- Coding experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar.
- Practitioner-level skills in Agile and DevOps.
- 10+ years of BI & Data experience with project management emphasis.
- Post-graduation in data science or management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of team management and multi-country delivery experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
