Our client, a leading and well known pathology company, has an amazing opportunity available for an Property Coordinator, working within a friendly and supportive team who are responsible for the managing the clients sites all across Australia.

**Duties**:

- Maintaining confidential property files
- Coordinating property compliance requirement
- Typing correspondences to landlords
- Assist with the preparing of the monthly rent schedule
- Organising repairs and maintenance requirements
- Maintaining and updating the property database
- Answering telephones and opening and distributing mail.

**Requirements;**
- Must be triple vaccinated against COVID-19
- Prior experience is a similar role desired
- Administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Effective organisational abilities
- Appreciation of customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
