**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive** is currently seeking a positive, well-presented and customer-focused
**Service**
**Receptionist **with excellent communication skills to join our team at
**Volkswagen **in
**Wangara.**

Reporting to the Service Manager, your role will be responsible for greeting customers and providing administrative support to the Service Department. Being the first point of contact for our customers, this role will be focused on creating a positive first impression.

This role will provide permanent full-time hours.

Monday: 7.30am to 5.00pm

Tuesday: 7.30am to 5.00pm

Wednesday: 7.30am to 5.00pm

Thursday: 7.30am to 5.00pm

Friday: 7.30am to 5.00pm

**Duties will include**:

- Greeting customers and assist service advisors with customer interactions.
- Answering incoming phone calls promptly with a professional, positive attitude.
- Follow up with customers after servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule service appointments
- General administration duties and housekeeping
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve service department goals

**About you**:

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience working in a busy reception role. Dealership service department experience highly desired, but not essential.
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Positive and friendly attitude
