Receptionist

McKay Drilling is an industry-leading WA based drilling company located in Wangara. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team and be part of a rapidly growing business with a great company culture.

This hands-on role will require involvement across all business areas and requires a dynamic, driven and energetic individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a customer-focussed reception area through effective customer service to visitors and employees.
• Meet and greet all guests and visitors at McKay Drilling Head Office;
• Answer incoming calls;
• Provide excellent in-person and telephone customer service;
• Provide administrative support where required;
• Data entry;
• Distribution of emails and other communications to relevant parties, ensuring a high standard of service;
• Co-ordinate package/mail collection and distribution;
• Order and maintain stationery requirements and employees' kitchen supplies for McKay Drilling.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a receptionist role;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to actively listen and interact with a variety of people;
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to plan and prioritise a demanding and dynamic workload;
• Demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), databases and calendar management software;
• Excellent data entry skills.
