About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our team at Coast to Coast Home.

As the first point of contact for our customers — both in person and over the phone — you'll play a key role in creating a warm, professional first impression. This is a varied role that also includes general administrative support and day-to-day assistance across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Well-presented with a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident phone manner and strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Competent with data entry and basic computer softwareA positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Impeccable personal presentation
