We are seeking a junior vibrant and proactive administrator/receptionist to join our team We are an Appliance repairs business in Wangara, and we are looking for a receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, available for immediate start. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. This is a part-time position, with 5 half days per week in the afternoon. The salary is calculated pro rata Key skill requirements/competencies: - Meticulous attention to detail. - Experience completing billings, issuing invoices, and receiving payments. - Ability to work independently and complete tasks within a given time frame. - Highly organized with proven multi-tasking skills. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Exceptional customer service and telephone skills. - Ability to work in a team and high-pressure environment. - Exceptional Microsoft Office computer skill set. - Experience and confidence in utilizing a range of network scanners, printers, and other IT devices. - Professional attitude and presentation - Flexible attitude to tasks - Well-established interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term role - Willing to learn and show initiative within the role. - Knowledge/Interest in social media and marketing would be an advantage. - A pleasant personality and a "Can Do Attitude." - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
