**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$83,214 - $89,326 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (depending on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT.**
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Contract of employment to September 2025, please note that this is a maternity leave coverage position.

Engaging with current students across all campuses, you’ll champion the Holmesglen Graduate Employment Service and extend the reach of our Skills and Jobs Centre within the broader community.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant Degree or appropriate Advanced Diploma or Undergraduate Degree required, preferably in Career Counselling, Education or Human Resources or a similar field, or relevant experience.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, TAFE sector programs, and Australia’s international student industry is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate projects, solve problems, and implement data-driven strategies effectively.
- Proven background in recruitment services, stakeholder engagement, and business development, with industry connections highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills to engage stakeholders and collaborate within diverse team environments.
- Exceptional planning, time management, and MS Office skills to execute strategies improving graduate employment outcomes.
