**Salary**:$66,921 - $72,661 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT.***
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Contract of employment until 31/01/2025.
Seeking expressions of interest for the role of Accounts Receivable Officer in the Finance department. In this role, you will be working with a team to manage and monitor the Institute’s accounts receivable debtors, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts and maintaining accurate records.
Your responsibilities will involve managing, monitoring and overseeing the student revenue receivables in the Banner Student Management System. In this role you will support the Finance Manager by providing reports to identify debtors for write-offs, creating and processing invoices, and analysing debtor data.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting concepts, particularly in a large organisational context.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, build, and maintain key internal and external relationships.
- Task-focused with the ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working both collaboratively within a team and independently, effectively managing your time to meet deadlines and contribute to shared goals.
- Familiarity with TechOne and the Banner Student Management System is highly desirable.
- Certificate or Diploma in a related field such as Business, Accounting or Finance is highly desirable.
