Your part in our UnitingCare team- Support the Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and recruitment tasks, operating within a high volume and fast paced environment- Administer pre-employment checks, compiling reporting as well as the coordination of other recruitment activities to support the delivery of proactive best-practice recruitment and selection-
- Drive customer experience through the delivery of timely and efficient administration and recruitment activity coordination.

What makes a difference for us?- Experience working as a Team Administrator ideally in a fast-paced Recruitment, HR or Onboarding environment- High level of organisation with strong computer skills, specifically in excel and other Microsoft programs-
- Ability to work well both autonomously, and in a team setting- Eager to learn and support with creating efficiencies through our recruitment and onboarding process
