Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Procurement and Contracting Officer** to commence in late October

**About the role**:

- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Review and quality assure RFx documents.
- Enter required information into the appropriate workflow tool and follow the approvals process
- Update internal contracting workflow data
- Draft RFx in the appropriate templates
- Draft Official Orders, Contracts and Work Orders
- Complete all required documentation for the creation of Outline Agreements and Purchase Orders

**Ideally you will have experience or understanding of the following**:

- Commonwealth procurement rules and policies
- Financial administration and reporting
- Invoice processing
- Quality assurance
- Financial compliance
- Records management
- Budget preparation
