Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Installer with a passion for providing top-notch services? I have an exciting opportunity for you to join my client's team in Dandenong, Victoria, and showcase your expertise in air conditioning installation and maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install a variety of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing air conditioning units to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with air conditioning systems, recommending suitable repair solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cooling needs and offer expert advice on suitable air conditioning options.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices during installations and maintenance tasks.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in air conditioning technology to provide innovative solutions to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installer, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and refrigeration principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Flexibility with working hours is essential to accommodate client needs and project demands.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
