**About the Role**

This role will oversee and manage the daily warehouse activities in ensuring the efficient receiving, delivery and storing of goods, managing inventory levels, supervising the team, and securing the warehouse.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by coaching and developing warehouse employees in Dispatch, picking and inwards goods.
- Ensuring processes and procedures are always adhered to, maintaining a high level of attention to detail during standard operations.
- Leading by example in daily warehousing operations including loading and unloading goods, picking orders, replenishments, managing back-orders, invoicing, reconciling stock levels etc.
- Guaranteeing high levels of housekeeping and that the warehouse is always kept clean and tidy.
- Being the welcoming face of the warehouse and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the business.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse operations role.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are client/safety-focused and results-driven, you are confident and pleasant in interacting with customers and team members across the business.
- You're a collaborative leader who loves to get your hands dirty alongside the warehouse team and lead by example.
- Preferably holding a current forklift license. However, sponsored forklift training will be provided.
