This is a fantastic opportunity to join the leader in pet speciality retail, Petbarn, as
**Social Media & Content Executive**. The focus of this role is to champion the Petbarn and private label brands through social media to
**strengthen customer engagement**.

Based in high tech offices in North Ryde, with hybrid working options, this role reports to the PR and Communications Manager and sits within the greater marketing team of 20 including spanning Comms, Retail, and E-commerce.

You’ll be proactive, reliable, organised, and quick thinking, with an eye for great creative. You'll have a passion for all things social media (which you can share with the team) and the ability to find the fun in the brand.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist with developing social media & content plans across all key social platforms inc Insta, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Identify, validate, and present well supported and relevant social and influencer marketing initiatives
- Lead the integration of social and content led campaigns with cross functional teams
- Ensure all campaigns and content are on brand, on time, within budget, and report on results

**We're looking for**:

- 2-4 yrs experience in social media, digital marketing, or general marketing with a strong skew towards social media
- B2C marketing experience, ideally within the fast moving retail or FMCG space
- Excellent project management & organisational skills
- Finger on the pulse - able to identify social media trends, propose how to use them
- Experience with end to end campaign management from strategy, through briefing creative, media planning, execution, and evaluation
- Confidence across the full suite of social media channels inc Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with 3rd party social media scheduling and analytics tools.
