We are a growing pharmacy and natural health group dedicated to providing trusted healthcare, wellness solutions, and expert advice to our communities. With a strong focus on innovation and customer engagement, we are looking for a talented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

We're seeking a creative and driven individual to take ownership of our social media and marketing activities across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to deliver content that resonates with our diverse audience.

This is a part time role working 3 flexible days a week. This position is hybrid allowing you to work on site and work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.)

• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Monitor analytics and prepare regular reports on performance and insights

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Stay up to date with trends in pharmacy, wellness, and natural health to produce relevant content

About You

• Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing (healthcare or retail preferred)

• Strong content creation and editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)

• Excellent writing and communication abilities

• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and digital trends

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Passionate about health, wellness, and building communities
