**About the Role**

Make a difference to the lives of people with Autism by joining our People & Culture team to provide HR advisory, Recruitment and operational support service to the Association. Based in Shenton Park, you’ll have the chance to thrive in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where you will be able to use your experience to:

- Provide accurate and contemporary Human Resource advice
- Manage high volume talent acquisition for your department, in conjunction with our Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Assist with process improvement and policy review
- Provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner with Employee Relations matters

**About You**
- Be customer focussed
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive with a solutions-based mindset
- Be flexible to adapt to change and embrace new ways of doing things
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to manage tasks in an efficient manner

Knowledge and/or experience of assisting with Employee Relations matters would be highly regarded.
