Are you a solutions driven HR Advisor looking for a role that is going to keep you on your toes with no two days the same? Then look no further

At Bis, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious HR Advisor who encompasses all things HR (Generalist) with a strategic and commercial focus across all business groups.

As the HR Advisor will be accountable for the delivery of an effective HR Service across the full employee lifecycle and support to Leadership Teams, whilst proactively supporting the delivery of HR strategy and initiatives. This includes the following (but not limited to):

- Industrial and employent relations matters;
- Workforce planning;
- Performance management;
- Development & talent management;
- Employee engagement; and
- Remuneration & award.

Most importantly, you will report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner and will be expected to deliver a value-add service by collaborating with broader members of the team and organisation at large. Therefore, successful internal stakeholder engagement while developing strong, and trusting business relationships is a priority.

This role offers an initial 3 month full-time contract (with potential for extension) and ample flexible working arrangements to ensure job-health and work-pride is upheld (at Bis, we understand the upmost importance of this).

Last but not least, the Bis Head office is based in Osborne Park with available parking, close to public transport and has an in-house gym, cafe and pool available for use
