**What you’ll do**

Reporting into the HR Services Lead ANZ, as the Human Resources Advisor, you will be working as a generalist managing the day-to-day operations within the area and be responsible for providing a high level of HR support to the business.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assisting in all aspects of the employment lifecycle; generating employment contracts, changes in employment conditions, collation of documentation and arranging exits
- Liaising with payroll in regard to employee entitlements, employee benefits and changes to conditions of employment
- Maintaining and updating Workday (our HR Information System) with any changes as our single source of truth platform.
- Providing generalist HR support to our local HR team and getting hands on experience driving new initiatives
- Work broadly across APAC to drive initiatives and work on projects that interest you

**Essential **for the role**
- Profession qualification in HR or related
- Have a drive for continuous improvement and simplification
- Prior experience working in a similar role with a basic understanding of knowledge and experience of the Australian HR legislation and standards
- Great communication skills; approachable and collaborative
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Proven time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
