We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**:
This position will partner with our Camec and Northern RV businesses to provide strategic coaching and advice and deliver effective people and culture activities. The role will also support the Group HR Manager and team members to implement the HR strategy to create an inspiring workplace that engages and retains high quality people, whilst ensuring business processes, systems and procedures are implemented and maintained.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, based out of our Dandenong office, with occasional travel required to our business locations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about change management, generalist HR and looking to make an impact in an organisation.

**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Providing guidance and support to managers in respect of complex HR issues.
- Interpreting and providing guidance on EBAs, Awards, employment contracts and conditions of employment.
- Undertaking investigations in relation to grievances and formal complaints.
- Providing best practice advice on change management and consultation.
- Creating a highly engaging and communicative experience for new starters through a formal onboarding program.
- Facilitating cyclical people activities including performance management and development, engagement and talent management.
- Acting as a change agent and lead organisation transformation initiatives.
- Assisting in the implementation and improvement of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in line with the business objectives.
- Providing coaching, advice and guidance to managers to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of the group Succession Planning model.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources; Industrial Relations; Business; Management or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
- 2-3 + years’ experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to partner and influence with a wide range of stakeholders, coupled with commercial acumen to deliver business results.
- The ability to guide leaders through change initiatives and change programs including performance, reward, diversity, resource planning and retention.
- Strong communication skills to proactively communicate changes in law and regulation, company policies and procedures, competitor intelligence and contemporary talent management strategies and best practice HR.
- Proactive, professional with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
