As the **People and Culture Business Partner **at RPM Automotive Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic HR support and guidance across our operations in Australia. Your comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, legislation, and attention to detail will ensure a high performing culture of approximately 250 team members. This leadership position will focus on building relationships both internally and externally, reporting to the COO and supporting other senior management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources Functional Management**:_
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, position descriptions, contracts, and reference checks.
- Lead induction, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit management processes.
- Initiate programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop individual performance plans and recommend HR training initiatives.
- Oversee remuneration reviews and internal movement processes.
- Manage the HRIS, maintaining and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- **Organisation Development and Workforce Planning**:_
- Drive organisation-wide workforce planning, addressing structure, job design, succession planning, and change management.
- Implement innovative HR projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and shape the organisational culture to support goals and employee satisfaction.
- **Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing**:_
- Foster a safe and positive workplace culture through health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety system requirements.
- Inform the Executive Management Group of pertinent issues.
- **Employee and Industrial Relations**:_
- Provide professional HR advice, including Award and contractual interpretation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industrial relations laws.
- Liaise with Managers and Payroll regarding employment conditions and legal updates.
- Recommend practices for positive employer-employee relationships.
- **Required Skills and Experience**:_
- 5+ years of generalist HR experience.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives.
- Expertise in HR requirements, employment legislation, recruitment, employee relations, safety, and development.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and collaborative approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and high-quality multitasking.
- Project management, change management, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, database management, and data analysis.

- Office-based work environment.
- Possibility of working beyond regular hours.
