Job description:

As part of George Weston Foods (GWF), we're proud to be one of ANZ's largest food manufacturers, with a rich history and a bold vision for the future. Due to an internal movement, we're now looking for a dynamic People & Performance (P&P) Business Partner to join our Victorian team and help drive a high-performance culture across our operations on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to the Regional P&P Manager - Operations, South/West Region, you'll be the trusted HR partner for our Dandenong bakery operations. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you'll work closely with leaders and teams to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement and capability.

Purpose of the Role

• Coaching leaders to lift performance and accountability
• Driving talent, succession and capability development
• Supporting change and transformation initiatives
• Leading employee and union engagement strategies
• Advising on industrial relations and EBA processes
• Championing safety, culture and leadership behaviours

About You

• Degree-qualified in HR, Business or Organisational Psychology
• Experienced in HR business partnering within manufacturing or operations
• A confident communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder skills
• Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Skilled in change management and employee relations
• Collaborative, agile and ready to make an impact
