**Job Description**:

**You describe yourself as** - someone who can talk to people from all walks of life and have a genuine desire to help people. No call centre experience needed.

**What will a normal day look like?**

You will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions.You will also be required to:

- Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
- Answer incoming calls from Telstra customers
- Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues

**About you;**

You can commit to full time hours (38 hrs/5 days per week), between Saturday - Wednesday.

Between the hours of 10am - 8pm (7.6 hr shifts).

Rostered hours are open to flexibility.

In response to mandated government guidelines, for all employees to be working in office, applicants must be fully vaccinated by day of commencement.
