**About the Role**
- General office support duties, including customer liaison and response.
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to the organisation in operational support activities.
- Plan and prioritise all work volumes to meet all required timelines and desired outcomes
- Contribute to overall Work Order Management time-lines
- Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage all stages within the Work Order Management Lifecycle
- Coordination of field staff attending priority responses
- Support the management team with any ad hoc duties such as compliance and other administrative type work.

**About You**
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience in a similar Operations Centre environment preferred.
- Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Have an attitude of teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- A self-starter who isn’t afraid to get in and get the job done, enjoys working in a team and who is confident engaging with all levels of the business.
- Ability to problem solve, juggle conflicting priorities.
