As a Customer Support Officer, you will answer inbound calls from customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer solutions. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry - we will teach you everything
**Job Description**:
**What you need to know**:
- Base Salary of $48,000 plus Super and a Monthly Incentive Structure
- Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday - Sunday between 5am - 10pm (shifts are 7.6 hours, work 5 days per week).
- Once you pass probation, not only will your salary increase by $2,000 annually, you can choose to work from home on a hybrid model, and adopt a 9 day fortnight
- Located in Brisbane CBD
- Gain a Cert III in Business whilst you learn
