**Your new role**:

- Liaise externally with customers and with suppliers, to understand and obtain accurate pricing estimates related to the supply of electrical and data products for construction projects of all sizes
- Prepare project quotations ensuring they are submitted within required time frames
- Work closely with the sales and purchasing staff across the branch
- Actively keep in touch with customers and suppliers, and build strong, long-term working relationships
- General administrative and accounts role

Based out of North Hobart, this is a permanent role with full-time hours.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

Previous experience within project administration and the electrical industry would be an advantage, however we are also open to a variety of backgrounds. If you’re someone who is great with numbers and has a demonstrated ability to work autonomously with due diligence and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
- Project administration and or estimation experience (desirable)
- Prior experience working in electrical wholesale or strong electrical & data product knowledge (desirable)
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and providing the best solutions for your customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
