Are you a detail-oriented administrator with experience in the construction industry? We're looking for a Construction Administrator to support our growing electrical contracting business across multiple projects in Hobart.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high quality electrical solutions across commercial and industrial sectors.

In this role you'll be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks, including:

Labour & Timesheet Management

Coordinate and track labour hours, manage timesheet submissions and assist with workforce scheduling.

Invoicing

Prepare and process progress claims, supplier invoices, and subcontractor payments in line with project milestones.

Drawings & Documentation Management

Maintain and distribute project drawings, specifications, and revisions; ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Operations & Maintenance Manuals

Compile and manage O&M manuals for project handovers, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

General Administration & Compliance

Support day-to-day office and site administration, including WHS documentation, compliance tracking and reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in construction administration, preferably within electrical or building services
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects and teams
