**About the Role**:
Our client is a prominent research and learning University currently implementing a new Timetable solution within their Student and Learning domain.

They have a requirement for a
**Change and Communications Manager** to support the change team in the design, development, delivery, and management of program engagement and communications.

**What your day will look like**:

- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics & manage anticipated resistance
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Provide input to and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Lead and manage end user engagement with upcoming changes through communications, collaboration, workshops and change impact assessment sessions.
- Consult and coach project teams, managers and supervisors
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers:

- engagement and communications plan,
- sponsor roadmap,
- coaching plan,
- training plan,
- resistance management plan.
- Manage and influence stakeholders, taking them on the change journey and providing support throughout the change lifecycle

**Key Skills Required**:

- A solid understanding of how people experience change and the change lifecycle with proven hands-on experience within a complex organisational structure.
- Experience in a senior change role within a large enterprise-wide transformation.
- Experience in workshop design/co-design and facilitation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to unpick challenges and collaborate with complex stakeholders / groups.
- Experience with Higher Education and/or timetabling solutions is desirable

**Work From Home Policy**:

- Full time - 2 or 3 days on site (may be flexible)
