**Role Description/Criteria**
St Bede’s is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Administration/receptionist officer. The successful applicant will have experience in administration as well as the ability to build positive partnerships with students, parents, colleagues and the wider community. They will also have a commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
The salary and conditions are in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement
**Selection Criteria**
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the following
- Excellent communication skills
- support the administration of our school
- work closely with the Business manager and Bursar and collaborate with all stakeholders in the community
- the ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- work in a busy environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
- embrace the Catholic ethos of our school
- partner with families to provide care and support for students
- creatively use digital technologies to enhance communication with our community.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in education and/or finance is an advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Office, Google and GSuite skills
- Experience with maintaining a database (Synergetic, or ICON software an advantage)
- Current Working with Children Card
