About the Role:
Reporting to the Administration Officer, you are required to assist the administration team in performing regular daily, weekly and monthly tasks. You will have experience with book-keeping and accounts payable/receivable.
The position is part-time: 15 hours per week, spread over 2-3 days (possibility to increase in the future).
While the option of working from home is available should the need arise, this role is predominantly in the office.
About You:
The successful candidate will:
- preferably have pharmacy experience (although, not essential),
- have an eye for detail,
- enjoy working as part of a successful team, and
- be an excellent communicator with proven customer service skills.
If you are a self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, have a knack with numbers and a "can do attitude", then we would like to hear from you.
