**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (ALL-ROUNDER)**
Hurex Pty Limited is a proud Australian owned and family operated business providing labour hire and cleaning services to a growing clientele in NSW and Queensland for over 9 years. We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment and flexible hours.
We require a self-motivated office all-rounder to work within a small team. To be successful in the role, you will possess the following experience or enthusiasm to learn.
**Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to**:
- Manage relationships with clients, employees, contractors, suppliers and vendors
- Assist with business operations including problem solving
- Being a point of contact for staff and customers/clients including handling enquiries and complaints
- Timesheet management and data entry
- Improving administrative processes
- Provide support to Directors as required
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Ensuring office efficiency is maintained by allocating and assigning tasks and measuring results
- Assisting the MD with proposals, appointments, travel and scheduling
- Other general office admin and operational support to management and colleagues including interstate office
**Required skills and experience**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Powerpoint)
- Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail with all administrative processes
- Ability to work alone

- Previous experience in a similar role will be well regarded
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to set tasks and completing them in timely manner
This is a full time position Monday - Friday. We are located close to public transport and offer job security with above award rates.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
