Your new role

This role will lead a team of HR Business Partners in the delivery of a wide range of people strategies and solutions. The role will be responsible for developing and providing a comprehensive professional human resources service to the organization in line with objectives, in relation to Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development Employee, Industrial Relations and HR Systems. You’ll be leading and motivating a team of HR professionals in the management, development and implementation of strategic HR processes designed to achieve Strategic and Operational outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for managing the team and providing direction, feedback, training and implementing performance management measures to ensure the team can deliver on HR objectives. You will be consulting with Managers, Union Reps, and employees on IR/ER matters. This role will also ensure that the organization has relevant learning & talent management strategies. You’ll be responsible for supporting the budget development process and ensuring HR complies with all financial and reporting requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will have qualifications in HR Management or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and strong experience of leading a team. You’ll be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish clear direction and implement change where necessary. High level of problem solving, and analytical skills is needed as well as solid negotiation skills.
