You will be working for a leading organisation as a HR Manager with a small team reporting into you.

**Your new role**
The HR Manager is a key member of the HR team in driving true HR business partnership and anticipating HR-related needs and acting as a change agent. This position will provide leadership to the operational function of the HR team and will oversee the operational reporting, general enquiries, be the escalation point for unresolved matters and maintain a continuous improvement lens on all policy and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally, you will have leadership experience and success leading a diverse team and be able to demonstrate problem solving experience with the ability to manage competing demands and meet challenging deadlines. Substantial experience in development and implementation of contemporary and innovative Human Resource strategies and initiatives within a diverse organisation is a necessity and you must have experience in interpreting and advising on complex employee relations matters, particularly performance management. Up to date understanding of the legislative and industrial framework that applies to human resources management issues is key and well-developed interpersonal, consulting, coaching and negotiating skills including the ability to liaise and provide advice to management and staff on a wide range of human resource issues. You will ideally hold relevant experience and/or relevant qualification to the role.
