**The Role**
The workforce reporting analyst is responsible for providing reporting solutions to support decision making at all levels of Army. The employee uses various software to extract data from our HR systems and convert it into a usable format.

The service provided is vital to Army’s understanding of its workforce. The data is used by HQ staff in policy and strategy development, as well as to assist in our ability to effectively manage and administer the workforce. Applicants must be able to work in small mixed teams and individually if required.

**About our Team**
The service provided by the Workforce Reporting section is used by HQ staff to support policy and strategy development, and to monitor and report on the workforce. The section also provides a vital service to Army’s clerical community by supporting the Business Reporting Tool and responding to data requests that are unable to be extracted from PMKeyS at the local level.
