**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors and students at the front desk
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance
