We are a professional, evidence-based naturopathy and acupuncture clinic at Norwood. We are looking for a casual receptionist to assist us during busy shifts.

Hours are usually Saturdays however this may vary depending on our needs at the time and your availability.

Will need to be available for 2-3 shifts on Mondays or Thursdays for initial training.

Duties:

· Reception - answering phone, making appointments, client payments

· Data entry - entry of client data into practice management software (Pracsuite)

· General duties - tidying and cleaning as required

· Any other duties as instructed

What we need from you:

· Friendly, outgoing nature (you will be dealing with our clients, and first-point-of-contact for some)

· Caring personality (you will be dealing with people who may be going through stressful medical procedures such as IVF)

· Professional in attitude and appearance

· High attention to detail

· Mental agility and problem solving capabilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Willing to take instruction and do the tasks assigned in a timely manner

· Good computer skills
