Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a new private clinic set in a tranquil and convenient location.

You will deliver innovative administration services and oversee all aspects of the day to day running of a busy department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day management of the practice
- Liaising with hospital staff on a daily basis
- Greeting of patients and booking appointments
- Invoicing and receipting patients - including HICAPS
- Coordinating staffing levels for the Practice
- Dealing with HICAPS, WorkCover, CTP, DVA and Medicare
- Managing stock and levels
- Promoting the practice and implementing changes to improve processes

To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in a medical setting. You will be focused on patient care, have superior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organisational skills. You will have a professional manner, be able to multi task and have a keen eye for detail. You will have sound computer knowledge and a good understanding of HICAPS, WorkCover, CTP and Medicare systems.
